Shipping policy

DUE TO QUARANTINE LAWS, WE CANNOT SHIP PERISHABLES INCLUDING BULBS, TUBERS, CANES, SEEDS & PLANTS TO WA OR TAS.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

We now use Australia Post to send your orders.

Australia Post are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Delivery Times: Under normal circumstances Australia Post aim for:

• Same state: 2–5 business days
• Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
• For further understanding See current delivery times.

We will do our best to dispatch your orders within 1-5 business days. There are, sometimes, unforeseen circumstances that may mean a longer delay in dispatch, but we will always communicate with our customers, if this is the case.

Our shipping costs are based on Australia Post's standard shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is calculated at checkout. Price includes a packaging and handling fee as we want to make sure your parcel arrives to you safely. 

Large international orders over 2 Kilograms will not be able to be processed at the checkout. Please email sales@urbanveggiepatch.com for larger orders.
