Dahlia ‘Granite Queen Bee’ is a captivating Australian anemone-type dahlia, flaunting deep crimson-red outer petals that frame a generous gold-tipped center—an arresting combination that livens up both beds and bouquets. Standing at around 1.5 metres tall with a 50 cm spread, its graceful upright form suits both mixed garden plantings and cutting rows. It’s exceptional as a cut flower, celebrated for its robust stems, enduring blooms, and striking visual appeal—no wonder it earns a place in floral competitions and is cherished by florists and growers alike.
Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade position, and are also ideal for pots and containers. Flowers usually take 120 days to bloom once planted, and with deadheading will flower for months from summer into autumn.
