Dahlia ‘Xanzu Colleen’ is a stunning Australian cactus-type cultivar known for its delicately shaded blooms that transition from white and mauve into soft pink, giving each flower a beautifully layered, “shaggy” appearance. It grows to an impressive 1.5 metres (150 cm) tall with a width of about 50 cm, offering a tall, slender profile that works well in borders and cutting rows. Praised as an excellent cut flower, it features strong stems and long-lasting blooms, making it a standout in both garden display and floral arrangements.
Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade position, and are also ideal for pots and containers. Flowers usually take 120 days to bloom once planted, and with deadheading will flower for months from summer into autumn.
