Dahlia ‘Xanzu Zazoo’ is a dramatic Australian cacti-type dahlia marked by mid-purple blooms that evolve in hue through the season. Standing taller than 1.5 metres with a spread of over 50 cm, it brings architectural elegance to borders and cutting gardens alike. Renowned as a cut flower, its strong stems and extended bloom time—from November to May—ensure both reliability and beauty in the vase, and it adapts well across climates (with winter planting recommended in the tropics).
Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade position, and are also ideal for pots and containers. Flowers usually take 120 days to bloom once planted, and with deadheading will flower for months from summer into autumn.
