This beautiful Italian heirloom variety is a favourite among gardeners for its beauty, productivity and taste. Costoluto Fiorentino is an indeterminate, heavy yielding variety that makes incredible sauces but is also delicious as a sliced tomato. The term “costoluto” translates to “ribbed” and describes the unique flattened, ribbed shape of these beauties.
