A beautifully sweet, smaller heirloom Watermelon, Sugar Baby is an early producing variety that wont disappoint!
Introduced in 1956, Sugar Baby matures early compared to a lot of Watermelons. It is referred to as a picnic or ‘ice box’ melon because it is small enough to fit into the family esky. At harvest, they weight between 4-5kg and are about 20cm in diameter.
